Direction of use : In spite of their warm, soft or flowered perfumes, essential oils are extremely powerful substances, consequently they must be used with precaution.

For inhalation, let them diffuse intermittenlty at a rate of 15 minutes every hour.

For massages, dilute them them in a vegetable oil base.

For baths, mix with a dispersant or a vegetable oil base.
